Trinidad & Tobago is the most densely populated country in the world for birds. There are over 470 documented species found between both islands; a collective area of under 2000 square miles. Birds represent the largest group of vertebrate and can be see in all habitats.
Many native neo-tropical species of mammals, reptiles, amphibians, insects, fish and other invertebrates also exist making Trinidad and Tobago one of the most bio-diverse for its size in the world, and a great introduction to the flora & fauna of the new world tropics.
